Schedule an In-person Initial Consultation Exam. There is a one-time non-refundable onboarding fee of $250. This fee covers costs associated with onboarding (such as creating charts, forms, and related administrative work) and to review your case. It is required at the time of scheduling your first appointment and will be applied towards your first visit.
Prior to your appointment, submit intake forms, questionnaires, and past medical records with labs and imaging for review. If recent labs are needed, an order can be placed for completion at least 2 weeks before the appointment. If applicable, pay the remaining balance for your In-person Initial Consultation at least 1 day before the appointment.
Engage and participate in the Initial Consult with Dr. Finlayson resulting in a personalized, strategic treatment plan that may include supplements, prescriptions, osteopathic manipulation treatment (OMT), further testing and lifestyle recommendations.
