What makes Thrivetic HWC unique?

1- One size does not fit ALL! You will be seen & evaluated by Thrivetic HWC as the individual that you are. We’ll then develop a personalized plan just for you!

2- Quality time: Have you ever felt rushed at your doctor’s appointment after waiting months to see them? Our initial in-person visits are at least 60 minutes and follow-ups (in-person/virtual) are at least 30 minutes. Membership includes a comprehensive initial evaluation and 3 follow-ups per year.

3- Membership-based model: We do not accept insurance plans to pay membership fees. The direct membership model means no co-pays or deductibles, no hassles and no hidden charges. If you have private insurance, you may be able to get out-of-network reimbursement for your visits. which revitalizes the physician-patient relationship (see #1 and 2 above). Members may be able to use their FSA and HSA to pay their dues. We suggest Members obtain catastrophic health insurance.

Will you be offering in-office visits?

Yes, we currently offer in-office visits by appointment only.

Do you make house calls?

Yes, Dr. Finlayson makes house calls (only available within a specific geographic location) and for an additional cost per visit. House calls are for consideration if a patient is too ill to come into the office for an evaluation. Please give Dr. Finlayson a call if you would like to receive medical care in the comfort of your home.

What happens if I need to go to the hospital or see a specialist?

In instances where those types of care are required, we will work with your hospitalist during your hospital stay as well as work closely with any specialist when such care is needed. In some cases, depending on the level of care and the expertise required, we may rely on those specialized providers to manage your treatment. We do encourage you to carry insurance for these kinds of needs, as we are not an insurance plan.
